Flower Crabs

Flower crabs are usually caught in Indonesia and Malaysia. They can be prepared and cooked in many different ways (Personally, we like them stir-fried). They are suitable for all ages but be careful the shells!

FUN FACT (Do you know?): Male flower crabs are blue in colour and female flower crabs are brown in colour!

We will try our best to provide our customers with the female flower crabs as they are more flavourful!

Please keep them refrigerated upon receiving the crabs if not for immediate consumption.

Storage Guidelines: Keep chilled between 0 to 4 degrees celsius
