Red Snapper comes from Indonesia and Malaysia and is suitable for all ages, most of the restaurant in Singapore uses Red Snapper or Seabream Head to cook curry fish head, a dish loved by locals. 

Please keep it refrigerated upon receiving the fish if not for immediate consumption.
