Halibut comes from Greenland and is suitable for all ages! Known as one of the finest fish in the world! Wild-caught from North Atlantic Arctic ocean and contains high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin D. Frozen at sea and Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) to provide excellent fresh quality! Comparing to Codfish, it has a firmer texture and less oily. It is very versatile as it can be cook with different various methods like steaming, soup, porridge, pan-fried and grill.
